How can I safely recycle or dispose of my mobile phone/device if I have used it for mobile banking?

We do not store any account information on your device however we would recommend the following:-

  • Delete the app from your phone.
  • Perform a "Factory reset" on your phone. This will erase all data stored on your phone and restore it to factory settings. If you're not sure, please speak to your handset/device provider who should be able to assist you.
  • Please ensure you do not write your security information down, store it on your device or disclose it to others.
  • Avoid sharing the device you bank on.
  • Check your account records carefully.
