When I open my app, I get a message 'New Update Available' - what should I do?

When you see this message, click on the Update button which will take you to the official Android™ Google Play store or Apple™ App store. Click the update option and the latest version of the app will be downloaded.

If you only see the option to Open, it means that you can’t get the latest version of the app because your device is not compatible. If you can’t use the app, you can still do your banking on your device by going to Clydesdale Internet Banking in a browser.
