To register you will need:
- Your mobile phone and customer number or User ID for a Business with your:
- internet banking details,
- telephone banking details or
- Your personal and credit or debit card details.*
We will validate the mobile number against our customer records. If this number is different, the registration process will fail. Please call us on0800 456 1 247 we're here 24hrs a day to discuss updating your mobile phone number.
The registration process should take around ten minutes. Upon successful registration you can use the service straight away.
We will never call or email you and ask for your one time passcode so please do not share this with anyone either verbally, or by tapping into your telephone keypad even if they say they're from the Bank. One time passcodes are used to register for mobile banking or for resetting security credentials.
