How do I set up internet banking for a Power of Attorney?

Where you hold an ordinary or continuing power of attorney or a guardianship order over another person’s accounts, you will be required to provide the account holder’s branch with a full copy of the documentation.

Once this has been completed you can begin the registration online as you will hold the same authority as the account holder. If the account holder is currently registered for internet banking, we recommend you reset the credentials by going through the online registration process.

Alternatively, you can amend these within the 'More' tab in the top right hand corner and click on 'Login and security details' if you have logged in using information provided to you by the account holder. Should you require any assistance, contact us on 0800 345 7365.
