What do I do if I don't want to continue with the payment?

You can cancel the transaction from the internet banking page. The button for this is displayed below the on-screen timer.
If you are already logged into the mobile banking app, you could simply cancel the authorisation of the payment and decline the request. You will see confirmation of this in both the app and internet banking.
If the payment request is not something you recognise, you should contact the fraud team immediately to discuss the situation. Contact the fraud team on 0800 456 1247.
