How do I register for internet banking?

Our sign-up process is quick and easy. Go to our website and click on Register for Internet Banking in the top right hand corner then select Register now and follow the instructions. Once it's done, you'll be able to manage your finances online and use our telephone banking service making it simpler to stay in control whenever and wherever it suits you.

To register, you will need:

  • Ten minutes
  • The phone with the number you have registered with us
  • Your customer number or your personal details
  • Your telephone banking details or your credit or debit card.*

* Debit or Credit card authentication is not available for business customers

During registration, we’ll send you a one-time passcode to the phone number you have registered with us. You will need this code to complete the process. We will validate the mobile number against our customer records. If this number has changed, the registration process will fail and you will need to call us on 0800 456 1247 to update your details.
